The Consignment Cottage Warehouse consigns and sells high quality pre-owned furniture and accessories.  All items are clean and complete as possible with covers, hardware, brackets, Etc. All furniture is previewed and accepted before it is delivered to The Consignment Cottage Warehouse. We preview items via a photo emailed to us or by a photo brought into the warehouse.  In some instances we will come out to someone's home to preview items.  Because The Consignment Cottage Warehouse reserves the right to refuse any item, we feel our jury system provides for the very best in fine furnishings; it is our goal to consign and sell only high quality pre-owned furniture and accessories.  We concentrate our inventory from homes located in Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, Linville, and Newland, North Carolina.

So here's the deal:

Our price structure is a 3-step tier and is as follows:

• Items sell at list price for the first 6 weeks
• After 6 weeks there is a 10% discount, at
• At 12 weeks there is a 10% discount
• And at 18 weeks there is a 15% discount
• For a total discount of 35% by end of week 18.

We feel this provides a rather nice incentive for both consigners and buyers.  You have to ask yourself, "How lucky do I feel?"
